Finding a plot
We will help you to find a plot with good Vastu potential. This very important aspect is often overlooked and we will ensure that the plot of your choice is suitable for building your new home.

Conceptual Design

We will take into consideration your dreams, ideas and requirements and come up with a design aligned with Vastu. After refining it according to your needs and desires, the project is ready to be given to an architect. If you choose that we fully manage the whole project, we will carry out the next step of contracting an expert architect.

Planning Approval

After the architect has finalised the house plan, the project will be given to the planning commission for approval. We guarantee that we will be able to maintain the Vastu design of your property and meet the Council criteria at the same time.

Building
Vastu Design will contract the builders and relieve you of all the stress that building usually involves. We will use only the best and environmentally friendly material for constructing your home, unless otherwise advised by you.
